The Villa is situated at the edge of the Ciovo Island in the village by name Gornji Okrug, just 14 km from Split airport, well connected with all major cities in Europe with two hours flight, including low cost airlines.

Although close to the airport, Villa Avalon is a quiet and peaceful place. The Villa is surrounded with the pristine nature with a lot of pine trees, beautiful flowers and small secluded beaches. It has a “million dollar sea view” and the most spectacular sunsets which you can enjoy on the terrace or balcony each evening. We also have installed a private swimming pool at The Villa, brand new in 2019!

The Villa is just 7 km away from the medieval town of Trogir, a real treasure of history and art listed by UNESCO. This little town with the narrow streets and old stone houses is full of the great local restaurants and shops, some of the best in Dalmatia.

There are also a few shops and restaurants within the walking distance from the Villa.

Behind the Villa there is a parking space suitable for three cars.

Fantastic place: quite, peaceful, clean clean sea. We have small kids age 2 and 4 and it was perfect for us. This was rare a opportunity to have relaxing holiday. I warmly recommend this to the young parents and generally to people looking for a peaceful holiday.

We stayed here for 2 weeks mid season, the weather was good, not too hot. And it is so close to the sea, you can leave your drink on the terrace, take a dip and return to it. All the facilities are near by, restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well maintained.

I have been to the place and would recommend it to all who seek unspoiled beauty of clean sea and genuine Mediterranean sounds and scents. Nights in the jacuzzi on the terrace are a tale of their own.
